[opensuse] patch management for OpenSUSE or SLES?

Hello, does anyone know a software for organizing patches (and possibly software too) for a data center with a lot of server. Before distribute the patches, they should be manually tested on separate machines and approved from a responsible person and than released only to dedicated servers or server groups. We need also an overview about installed patches and packages. I know ZENworks Linux Management, but does anyone know other similar software to do that? Operationsystem is SLES or OpenSuSE, if necessary only SLES is possible.
