[opensuse] dolphin toolhelp?

I feel I've asked this one before, but I can't find the answer - how do I enable toolhelp in dolphin? You know, hover over a file, and a pop-up window displays a thumbnail plus a collection of infos. People here really miss that feature for graphics, office docs and pdfs.
