On my two computers, on which I have recently installed Leap 15.6, a right-mouse click in KDE makes appear a pop-up window containing the following items:
Configure Desktop and Wallpaper... Configure Display settings ---------------------------------- Icons Paste Clipboard Contents... Undo Refresh Desktop ---------------------------------- Show KRunner Add Widgets Add Panel Show Activity Switcher Enter Edit Mode
and additionally on one of my two computers only:
---------------------------------- Lock Screen Leave
whereas on the other one these two items are missing, which I find very boring. What can I do to have these two items on both of my computers?
right click desktop -> configure desktop
mouse actions -> right button: standard menu -> click the "wrench icon" button -> select desired menu entries
Thanks a lot, Daniel!
Following your advice, I found everything as described by you.

Good to hear that it worked for you. I just forgot something important:
DON'T remove the menu entry for "configure desktop"!
because I don't know any other way to access these settings otherwise. Hope you haven't removed it...
Don’t worry, Daniel. Never would I saw off the branch I’m sitting on (I’m not sure if this German expression applies to English, but, anyway, it should be clearly comprehensible). In past, I committed similar stupid errors, but now, as the years have gone by, I have become an extremely cautious coward.
