To those who may not be aware LibreOffice 4.2 is now available and can be downloaded from- https://www.libreoffice.org/ As this is a direct download from the authors you will, of course, need to install it yourself (with rpm -Uvh *.rpm) in each of the packages you download - READ the instructions in the Read.me(s). One thing to be aware of: if you are using KDE (like I am) then you will need to install using YaST- gnome-vfs2 (either 32- or 64-bit depending on your system) otherwise there will be a dependency error. (BTW, before installing LO from the above it is always best to remove the current installation of LO.) [A hint: after installing 4.2, reboot your system otherwise LO may not run when you click on the icon.] ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ While I am on LO, does anyone know where, and the name of the file, LO keeps the darn Dictionary to which one adds new words?! (I use English GB, btw.) I am tired of having to start over again everytime I install the latest LO :-( . So, if anyone knows could you please let me know? Thanks.
