I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problems with this version from packman.
yes. me.
i know this.
i use the following workaround: i installed the following packages which are made for leap 42.1: k3b-codecs-2.0.80+git20160102.1831-11.1.x86_64 k3b-2.0.80+git20160102.1831-11.1.x86_64 k3b-lang-2.0.80+git20160102.1831-11.1.noarch
i downloaded them from packman repo for leap 42.1 and installed them manually.
this works.
i wonder, when there will be a real new working version for tumbleweed.....
I'm not sure you need any special codecs to burn an iso image. You start k3b, select burn image from the top menu, select your image and go. Its about as straight forward as it can get.
Yep, i've doen it plenty of time in the past. It seems the version 2.9 in Packman is screwed. It gets stuck at 0% doing the MD5 check, i've gone back to 2.0.3 and its working fine. thanks -- Qt: 5.6.1 KDE Frameworks: 5.24.0 kf5-config: 1.0 KDE Plasma: 5.7.1 Kernel: 4.6.3-1-default "openSUSE Tumbleweed (20160714) (x86_64)" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
