I've recently installed SuSE 5.3 on my pc...
I installed qt libs v 1.33 which comes with suse 5.3. In order to compile some kde apllications i need qt libs v. 1.40 or higher. I've tried to compile v. 1.40 and 1.41, but there was the same errors during compilation. It starts compiling all correctly... but somewhere in the middle it aborts with lots of "undefined referrence" to several functions... Do I need to uninstall qt libs 1.33 in order to install any of the 1.4x versions? Or do I need to upgrade any other libs? Or simply qt libs versions 1.4x doesn't compile on suse 5.3? Note: I've added all the path's exactly like is explained on the INSTALL file...
If anyone had the same problem compiling qt libs v. 1.4x and/or has successfully compiled it please reply to this...
