[opensuse] LibreSwan on Tumbleweed

I'm trying to find a proper Linux client for FortiGate IPSec roadwarrior configuration and found some references to LibreSwan. The problem is although there is a NetworkManager plugin for LibreSwan on Gnome, there's no LibreSwan package. Should I go ahead and compile/build a package or I'm missing something?.
