I have 10 partitions 'n the fs are : ext3,fat32,ntfs,swap,ufs. (I like to try many OS').I do partitioning using Partition Magic. My harddsik is Seagate Barracuda 40GB 7200rpm. Does many partitions can break my harddisk ? Short of an axe, the only thing that can break your harddisk is Windows. 10 partitions may be a bit excessive, but there should be no problem. -- Jerry Feldman <gaf@blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
