[opensuse] Live upgrade with jump?

Hello all, Just a simple question: Is officially supported the network upgrade with a jump from versions ? Like 11.4 ---> 12.3 or similar. Or is always better upgrade without jumps? 11.4 -> 12.1 -> 12.2 -> 12.3 ....
