I think you're referring to the KDE 4 file dialog that we made Firefox use for 11.2 and that Opera uses because of Qt's desktop integration (I don't use Opera so I'm guessing). This was reported by our very own Dotan: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205781 You can disable the KDE integration in Firefox by uninstalling mozilla- xulrunner191-kde4 as a workaround.
