[S.u.S.E. Linux] Displaying an X client from a remote computer

If I login to a remote machine from home machine by dialing in, say by Seyon or some other hyperterminal programm, how can I an X client from the remote computer. I tried xhost + and setenv DISPLAY, the result was (cann't open display).
