[S.u.S.E. Linux] problem with /etc/rc.config and /bin/fillup

I upgraded to KDE-Pre2. When I install kbase, I get this: root@Hayek5 # rpm --upgrade --hash --force kbase-1.0-1.i386.rpm ################################################## Updating etc/rc.config... bin/fillup> error while parsing file 'etc/rc.config'! Done. What's the problem with my /etc/rc.config ?
