No. This is one of Linux's current weak points. If you are doing texts, try something that uses LaTeX or a variant of it. There's a pretty good GUI called LyX (KLyX also, if you uuse KDE) however be forwarned that it is WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean) not WYSIWYG. I.e. it is slow-oriented and not position-oriented. That's perfect for books and writtings, but a nightmare for layout of brochures and the like.
If you must have somethign, I understnad that Star Office and KOffice are both use frames (that's what Page Maker uses). Perhaps they would do for you.
For now, we can only wish for something of Page Maker's design....
In case anyone from Adobe is reading this: While we wish all applications were open source, I know many people who'd be willing to pay for a Linux version of InDesign, Photo Shop, Page Maker, Premier, Illustrator and so on if you'd give thought to porting them.....
Thank you all, i just wondering if there is such kind. I really installed frame maker, and it's different from page maker. -- Abdulmalik bin Hilman bin Mahyuddin ----------------------------------- Verily!
