AHA, thanks for this. It would have to be an USB memory stick if anything because the system doesn't have a floppy and there is nothing Windows in sight on this system.
The Q-Flash utility works with FAT32, Windows or not :-). You need a FAT32-formatted USB stick or a FAT32 formatted hard disk oder a FAT(12) formatted floppy disk... The utility does not recognize any other filesystem format.
