honestly if you ask me. there has been too much windows-linux talk on the web lately including this list. why to hell do we even pay attention to this junk talk. I wish all of them would shut up including the GNU defenders. I think silence is a more appropriate fight right now. I don't even bother reading the RMS arguments anymore. its just a slam fest. What really has it to do with Linux that Office 97 users lose their support? I don't see the relation. I don't care about no craig mundie talking our OS down. We are not going to convince them so why waste the energy. The people with an open mind will come when they want to. if the commercial entities for Linux really had something up their sleeves they would have done something like colluded together to release each a distro exactly one week before Windows XP gets released but its all about backstabbing and we are better than they are. The only way you gonna drown out the release of XP is by releasing ten new distros at the same time and getting a barrage of press coverage but of course nobody thought of that. instead we getting into lame cat fights lately. I wish Linux had a restful life like the BSD folks =) mk
