The analogy is wrong :) A message in a thread is by no means a book page, since most of the information has already been read, at least once... Chronologically speaking, is like reading a resume, the most recent information is also the most relevant one... the rest is merely background information... Maybe this personal opinion of mine is because I have a journalism - mass communication education... and news/information for me is more relevant if it is more recent... But any argument is useless, it's a simple matter of personal choice/opinion and we're all free/entitled to have one, despite the fact that some people like it or not... Daniel mike wrote:

I'm really curious. Do you read a page in a book from top to bottom or bottom to top? If you read from bottom to top, then by all means top post. If not, well.....
