If AUC TeX is properly installed and you type C-h m in a LaTeX buffer, then the Help buffer mentions it: : LaTeX mode: : Major mode for editing files of input for LaTeX. : See info under AUC TeX for full documentation. Key bindings described in the Help buffer are then AUC TeX specific and work ;-). BTW, on SuSE 7.1, I've just installed the package ge_auc and added (require 'tex-site) to my ~/.emacs. -- Alexandr.Malusek@imv.liu.se
