I can ping from c2 to c3 on my local switch-connected net. I cannot ping from c3 to c2. Nfs is disabled on c3. If that is my problem, how do I enable nfs?
Thanks.
It could be a problem with your firewall, try to disable it. NFS has nothing to do with ping.
AFIK, I haven't done anything at all with the Suse firewall. I can ping to internet sites, so it seems to be a problem local to Suse.
Now I think it's a routing problem associated with dhcp since the switch sends packets to the subnet root instead of directly to the addressed computer attached directly to the switch. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
