You're probably out of luck. The all-in-one jobbies usually do everything via software, and thus win-drivers.
However, feel free to check out <http://www.linuxprinting.org/>. The equipment you're using may be one of the multi's not listed as a "paperweight".

I know, from experience, that HP all-in-ones work. I have an HP PSC-750 that is full functional as scanner/printer/photocopier. You might still be able to find one fairly cheap (I paid $150 for mine), but it has been replaced by the HP PSC-2110, which also works under linux. Go to the site Jerry pointed out above, and click your way through to the Printer Listings link and select HP/PSC-2110 in the pulldowns. Follow the links from there and you should be working in no time. There is a mailing list for HP support of Linux. If I recall correctly, an RPM that comes with 8.1 does not function properly so you will have to replace it with one from one on the hpoj.sourceforge.net. I'm sorry I can't remember which one it is, and I am at work right now. However, there's plenty of documentation and it was fairly painless for me to get my PSC750 scanning and printing.
