hmmm... it seems you lack some package.
Install "Kdevelop" as it has all necessary packages. + "Linux kernel development" section from Yast.
Kdevelop? That's massive overkill, just install make. (Like it tells you to!)
zypper in make gcc kernel-source
is all that is needed to install the VirtualBox kernel drivers.
