Where is SuSE's /etc/rc.d/rc.local? a suggestion was made to add swapon to it..but I could not find it.
rc.d is also a symlink /sbin/init.d didn't find it in any of the rc#.d directorys
Steve hmm... SuSE has it's stuff in /sbin/init.d I believe and uses /sbin/init.d/boot.local not /etc/rc.d/rc.local. That's why you couldn't find it. Don't know if this helps. Good luck.
Hmmm. On tye SuSE systems I've installed, there is a symlink from /etc/rc.d -> /sbin/init.d . Should have been able to get there. -------------------------------------------- Brad Shelton bshelton@ole.net On Line Exchange <A HREF="http://ole.net"><A HREF="http://ole.net</A">http://ole.net</A</A>> Detroit News <A HREF="http://detnews.com"><A HREF="http://detnews.com</A">http://detnews.com</A</A>> - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
