Yes, SuSEconfig.sendmail is the script that takes care of this.

Also I wonder when SuSEconfig build the sendmail.cf file, does it do this on basis of a .m4 file? like the linux.m4 file in /etc/mail, anf it there could be possible to adjust which features and options etc. it uses?
