Hi Chris, you can use the modem for both dial-out (as used now for the fax-server) and dial-in... but of course *not* at the same time! If you want to offer a non-stop fax service and also dial-in possibilities, I'd recommend you to have a second modem connected to your SuSE box for dial-in (using another phone line, that is...). Dear all,
I have a computer setup with SuSE 8.1 and I have also setup Hylafax. The machine operates as a fax server for a long time now. I was wondering if it is possible to create a dialin service on the same modem as well? Currently Hylafax is using the only modem installed on the system.
Can this be done? I have never done something like this so any help would be a big plus!!!!
