Hello,
I know it's not the place to ask for tumblweed, but my question is very basic and I don't want to subscribe now to a so active list as factory :-(
I tried twice recently (less than a month) to install tw from an usb key written with the iso and imagewriter. None succeed
the first stopped even before yast launch and the second at the network config.
is tw installable? What is the prefered (more effective) way? 13.2 and 13.1 runs perfectly on this uefi/gpt asus laptop
thanks jdd
Jees! How is this of any help? JDD already has the ISO image and used imagewriter to put the iso on a USB stick. Sorry for the rant. I have TW on my laptop and installed the same way except i turned off UEFI boot and it was many versions ago. The best guess I can offer is try different settings in the BIOS to see if that is the issue. If not it just may be incompatible hardware. -- Ken Schneider SuSe since Version 5.2, June 1998 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
