R.I.P. Leap 15.4 - It was a Great One

      All,

   With Marcus's message on the announce list, support for 15.4 has come to an 
end (at least the openssl3 fix made it in today). It has been another great 
openSUSE release. It will join SUSE 7.0, 8.0. 8.2 and 9.0 Pro, 10.0 10.3, 
openSUSE 11.0, 11.4 and then the Leap(s).

   Looking forward to 15.5 and 15.6!
