Nothing to worry about, a cosmetical error message that has been fixed in later releases. It occurs for example when you use YaST2's runlevel editor to start apache.
The error is not related. At any rate, check the logs. If the machine don't run, you need to read the gauges! Attach a diagnostic apparillo ("tail -f /var/log/httpd/*_log &") and give it a good kicking with "rcapache restart"! You can post relevant parts here. Peter
