Is it possible to add another regular ATX 400W PS to power just hard drives on this system?
Sure.
I can ground both PS housings together with an additional wire.
I've done this in past and just put the power supply in an aluminum housing that I bought at an electronic supply shop and screwed that to the top of case. Just ground everything and use a rubber grommet in the hole you'll drill for the wires. I replaced the existing power wires with a heavier gauge wire with high temperature insulation but if you aren't lengthening the wires from the power supply to the drives you don't need to do this.
Or I stack to buy a new dual redundant PS?
A redundant power supply won't really help here. -- -ckm
