Hi,
I'm trying to get my new printer to print, It's a Laserjet Pro MFP M127fw. It needs HPLIP to function. When connected via USB, it prints. When connected via the wired network, it's not printing. The printer detects there is a printjob, signals "Document printing" but then hangs. Scanning via the network works fine, as is the web-interface of the printer.
Anyone has suggestions how to try to fix this ? hp-doctor does not signal any problems IFAICT. I tried with OS 13.1 and OS 13.2.
Thanks,
Koenraad.
Hi. I was looking to buy this same model printer as you have. I found a link to a similar problem on a Ubuntu forum at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2260056&highlight=M127FN+Install I hand copied the address so it may not be 100% correct. It says about having to set the connection type to the particular interface you are going to use, usb or wi-fi or ... There is also reference to this in the user manual. Not sure if you have already tried this. HTH. I would be interested in your first impressions about this printer, the print quality and speed.
