SOLVED -- mozilla source question

No source changes required (thank god).  It can be disabled in the content
area by creating a userChrome.css file with this entry:

#contentAreaContextMenu{
    display: none;
}

I found out there are lots of things you can change/disable using the
userChrome.css file.  A good thing, too, because the mozilla source is
just scary big.
