Re: OS disk cloning

I have successfully multiple times cloned my OS to a new disk using Clonezilla live. Regarding automated backup of root filesystem (home is on a separate disk with different backup), I use timeshifht. It can do btrfs snapshots to a different device (I use another internal disk) or rsync snapshots. I use the latest and usually I just recover specific files after a clean install.
