graphical swsuspend in 9.2

Hi all, Just managed to upgrade my laptop to 9.2 and get back swsuspend to work. I want to make swsuspend to use the bootsplash (and avoid popping up the console). I've seen a patch for swsuspend on the net, but It said it's good for bootsplash v2, whilst 9.2 uses v3. I'd appreciate any pointers on this... Cheers, Laur
