I don't this the line from suexec.log is an error just normal behaviour(info). How did you write the test script? Using Windows? It's possible that you have an ASCII CR at the end of each line, e.g. /usr/bin/perl^M. Or your path to Perl is wrong. I can't imagine that it's not /usr/bin/perl but check using which perl in a console window.
