[opensuse] German aspell dictionary in leap-15.0?

Hello, On opensuse leap-15.0, I get this error from emacs: Error enabling Flyspell mode: (Fehler: No word lists can be found for the language "de_DE".) It looks, as if the aspell-de package is no longer available.
