SSH issue's....

Question for the guru's... I have a suse box setup running ssh. I can use SCP to copy files from other linux system's. I am using www.ssh.com's <http://www.ssh.com's> window's clients to connect. SSH shell itself is working, but when I try and use the SCP windows utility I cannot connect. It pop's back with "Unable to connect." Any one else have this problem? I have searched ssh.com but I am using the free version they have and they are not too willing to support it. TIA Eric
