what difference ?

If I use "mc" to install any package such as "wine.rpm", mc said : wine --> need xpm package to install (something like that) and stop installation. but if I use "yast" to install any package, yast not anyquestion,just install. WHY ? do yast installation make any problem if I run "wine" or "wine" need xpm on runing time which "mc" said ? WHICH ONE IS BEST FOR INSTALLATION OF PACKAGES ?
