I'm using opensuse 11.4, gnome on a asus eeepc900. I have the resolution 1024x600 and thought that was the best. But when I tried to start up evolution the bottom is not visible so I can't see the buttons for yes or no or what's on them. Isn't there some easy way to make it fit on screen? This mail was written with mutt that was far more easy to install.
Those forced to use resolutions with so few vertical px may want to consider enabling virtual desktop size, possible in 11.3 and up via 'Option "Panning" "<width>x<height>"' in 'Section "Monitor"' in xorg.conf or in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-monitor.conf. In versions 11.2 and prior this was done via 'virtual' in 'SubSection "Display"' in xorg.conf. -- "How much better to get wisdom than gold, to choose understanding rather than silver."
