Works fine. Thanks. But i get e message under boot:
/dev/hdc:
setting using_dma to 1 (on)
setting xfermode to 66 (UltraDMA mode2)
HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(setxfermode) failed: Input/output error
Actually there is a parameter at /etc/sysconfig/hardware

DEVICES_FORCE_IDE_DMA_ON=""
DEVICES_FORCE_IDE_DMA_OFF=""


Have you tried these before you started todo via boot.local
