Why would only one message bounce? I'm new to Linux. Just loaded SuSE 7.2 Pro.2. Dual boot. Only w****** exp as a user. I am not a IT person. I am getting all the SLE mail. Hundreds before and after this on message. I download all my mail (pop3) from my ISP. Using win98SE. I am dial up with 56K PCI PNP modem. (28K???) I run zonealarm and set it to block all attempts on my system. Would zonealarm cause the follow up probe referred to in the ezmlm message to bounce? Hopefully I will be able to get a modem and start using Linux. Supposedly my internal modem is supported by SuSE. Haven't gotten that far yet. Need to learn how to move around SuSE-KDE-command line first. I never rejected any messages. Why did I get this today if it happened on August 21st? I'm working for my owner, who can be reached at suse-linux-e-owner@suse.com. Messages to you from the suse-linux-e mailing list seem to have been bouncing. I've attached a copy of the first bounce message I received. If this message bounces too, I will send you a probe. If the probe bounces, I will remove your address from the suse-linux-e mailing list, without further notice. I've kept a list of which messages from the suse-linux-e mailing list have bounced from your address. Copies of these messages may be in the archive. To get message 12345 from the archive, send an empty message to: <suse-linux-e-get.12345@suse.com> Here are the message numbers: 69098 --- Enclosed is a copy of the bounce message I received. This is the qmail-send program at lists2.suse.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up.
