[opensuse] A couple things i see in KDE4

The first thing is when i installed an app, i could not find it in the kmenu. In kde3->kmenu->applications->new programs, i see new apps listed. Does kde4 list new apps? Second thing, is it possible to have just kde4 installed (and not kde3)? Third thing, the trash, my computer and one other icon were question marks and did not launch.
