Someone a few weeks ago had mentioned that they were using the AirLink101 USB wifi adapter. I had a client get one....forget who they ordered if from. I know that Fry's (listed at $44.95 US) currently is "sold out." Anyway, I'm keeping a list of KNOWN NATIVE Linux supported adapters. The adapter came in, I connected the laptop via Ethernet, brought up Yast (openSUSE 10.3) and installed the new zydas ZD1211 firmware module. Total time, 4 mins. and the box was running with WAP security. Below are the specs. of this little gem. AirLink101, #AWLL3055, 502.11g, USB, +10dBi Directional Antenna, ZyDAS ZD1211 driver from openSUSE repositories, openSUSE 10.3 & 11.0. Other devices using this chipset can be found at: http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/zd1211rw/devices 'Hope this helps someone.
