1) Halt machine 2) replace cards. 3) boot to runlevel 3 (just use "linux" and type "3" in lilo menu), 4) log in, fire up yast2 or sax2, enter config for your new card (could use sax2 "use previous" button to use mouse config) 5) reboot (so your X wouldnt be started from console.. unless thats what you doing normally of course) Cheers, Sergei
