[opensuse] SegFault 7-times today just to retrieve packages during Zypper Up (no fix yet?)

All, This is bizarre. Today on Leap 15, I went to zypper up and it SegFaulted 7 times before it finally downloaded all packages. It would download 3-4 packages, then segfault. This was apparently already reported as a bug several weeks ago. Is a fix or workaround out? -- David C.
