See the openSUSE build service, there should soon be tunapie packages. This is IMO stupidly done, as the install script has /usr/local hardcoded and requires python-wxGTK without any mentioning in INSTALL and without any check done before installation. Thanks for the tip BTW, as I only knew of streamripper, which I package for the distribution.
