Yes, I looked at those. The 'reiserfs' is the basic one that comes included in the distribution. No additional value. 'Reiser4progs' has the mkfs and fsck and performance monitors. It has nothing that allows the kernel or even a LUKS to make use of a partition or LV that is then mkfs'd with that tool. Most definitely no kernel module for Reiser4.
