Why No gcc-arm-none-eabi package for Leap?

All, Having installed to /opt on 15.0, I was hoping we might find a gcc-arm-none-eabi package for 15.4 given the increasing popularity (and dependence) on microcontrollers. There is a build service package available, but this seems like something openSUSE would want to package? Any thoughts on this? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
