Ah, yes, I forgot to say that. I've heard it, too. Good luck for a dozen people company to sue M$, LOL! (and many licenses have terms about not claiming that the software serves any real purpose, or that is what I understand from the cryptic legalese) And as you say, by that time the company will be already dead.
