genius graphics tablet (II)

I tried the tables as a wacom graphire 3 under yast and the mouse worked fine out of the box. But i still can't get the pen to work. There seem to be so many required settings t alter. Can the guy who helped last time get back to me. I'd bre really grateful for some more info. cheers, Steve.
