After the latest major update (including kernel 6.9.3) KDE Plasma X11 became unusable on TW. Plasma Wayland is even worse. Fortunately XFCE can be used, though it lso slowed down with long response times to clicking.
What happenned? Can somebody help me to figure out?
Smells like this: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1225968 Since kernel 6.9, applications running on only 1 core https://forums.opensuse.org/t/since-kernel-6-9-running-on-only-1-core/175460
But it's only on AMD CPUs as far as is known. What CPU and GPU do you have?
