I guess you have unwittingly installed a different libqt4 on top of incompatible libkdecore4 packages.
The remedy is to make your repos sane and update. If you can't figure it out yourself, attach
* zypper lr -d * rpm -qi libqt4 * rpm -qi libkdecore4
