Just wondering if SuSE 7.0 includes this command in any package ? "chkconfig"
SuSE Linux does not have it. We have another init script/runlevel system in the moment.

No, chkconfig is a venerable unix command, present in many unix and unix-like systems.
I only know chkconfig from Red Hat and clones, I never saw it on any commercial Unix I worked with.
